Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Salary: £28k - £30k (DOE), OTE £36k - £42k + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Monday - Friday, On Rota Saturdays, 08:00 AM - 6:00 PM

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.
Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer needs and concerns.
Responsibilities:
? Facilitate communication between customers and the dealerships service department, ensuring clear transmission of vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
? Manage appointment scheduling and the booking system to optimise service department resources.
? Ensure precise and punctual invoicing for services, upholding a high level of precision and thoroughness.
? Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
? Stay current with product information and technical specifications to deliver precise detail to customers.
Requirements:
? Previous experience working as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
? Understanding of automotive products, services, and maintenance procedures.
? Competent in computer skills, including experience with (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office
? Experience within a car dealership (Preferable).
