Salary: 70,000 – 80,000 + Car allowance

Our client who is a south coast contractor has successfully secured a multiple of new projects in recent weeks. This has sparked a recruitment drive. These new projects will range from refurbishment to a new complex & will be within the health care & educational sector with a value ranging from 3 Million To 7 Million.

Position Overview:

The South Coast Main Contractor is currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of these newly secured schemes, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the company's success & you're own personal progression into senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the preparation of project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
