As a Registered Clinical Lead you will have the dedication and compassion to support a wide range of healthcare needs including long-term illnesses, physical disabilities, and complex healthcare needs, which require medical intervention on a regular basis whilst providing support, supervision, mentoring, and development of our Nurses, Health Care Assistants, and nursing placement students.

About the home - Welcome to The Heights care home, where meticulous design and purposeful construction converge to deliver exceptional specialist nursing care. Each wing houses practical nursing units, allowing us to provide outstanding nursing and residential care for up to 90 adults with diverse needs, including dementia, epilepsy, and diabetes. Adjacent to The Heights lies Downley Lodge, an exclusive accommodation designed to support adults living with physical or learning disabilities.
