A roofer is required for a large nation-wide Facilities Management firm specialising in social housing properties throughout the UK. Our client is seeking an experienced and diligent roofer to work on projects in Birmingham, accessible by bus.

What does a Roofer role entail?

• Conducting slate tile repairs with precision and expertise.
• Performing flat roof/torch on repairs to uphold quality standards.
• Executing general roof maintenance tasks to prevent issues and prolong the lifespan of roofs.
• Repairing and renewing guttering systems.
• Working efficiently and independently to meet project deadlines.

Requirements for the Roofer role:

• Proven experience as a roofer, particularly in maintenance and repairs.
• Familiarity with slate tile repairs and flat roof/torch on repairs.
• Proficiency in general roof maintenance practices.
• Ability to diagnose roofing issues and implement effective solutions.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
