I am partnering with my leading Financial Services client who is currently looking looking for an experienced Pricing Analytics Manager- Data Science, to join their growing team located in London.
This role would suit an experienced Data Scientist with a consistent record of delivering machine learning and sophisticated analytical applications.
Key Skils and Responsibilities:
- Supporting pricing data science capabilities for development of a suite sophisticated analytics products to enable data driven decisioning making for diverse business and senior collaborators.
- Provide robust analytics and data science solutions that support significant customer experiences, marketing effectivity, strategic concrete insights.
- Find opportunities to optimise new strategies, data migration across platforms and efficiency improvement to deliver enhanced commercial and customer outcomes or mitigate risk.
- Maintain appropriate controls and procedures to ensure compliance with group standards and best practices.
Must Have:
- Knowledge of data science stream – data management, exploratory analysis, predictive modelling, and diagnostic modelling
- Experience in end-to-end cycle of analytics product designing and development including efficiency improvement and optimisation.
- Strong and credible communicator with an ability to work across a variety of teams.
- Python/R with ability to deconstruct and document models, processes, and analytics project flows.
- Analytical approach to problem solving, effectively prioritising backlogs to deliver valu
- Experience with a range of analytical tools including Python + SQL, SAS/R and VBA preferable
- Experience of working in data science role within Financial Services is desirable
- An advanced degree in mathematics/statistics along with pricing analysis experience is preferable
