You’d be in a team with all the advantages of a start-up, but with stable funding and solid processes already in place As a Full Stack Developer you’d be working on an innovative purpose-driven SaaS product, making a measurable impact in enabling companies to significantly reduce their CO2 emissions You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy here, with the ability to structure your working day to suit you, outside of the core central hours You’ll be able to work completely remotely anywhere in Germany, and if you’re based in NRW or Berlin then you’ll have colleagues nearby who you can meet up with in person, but this will always be optional You’ll work closely with UI/UX designers, implementing screens they’ve created. Deploying across mobile and desktop You’ll get to develop and optimize the code base yourself, as you scale up the products in close communication with the product managers and co-founders You’ll be joining a development team of 6 people, within a business of 35 staff. The tech team will be doubling in size across 2024, offering opportunities to take on more seniority (if you want it) The company has been going for 3 years, is already funded for the next 18 months, and has built up a base of 400 customers already so is on a very stable financial footing It’s a Javascript/Typescript-based stack, so you’ll be using React and Node.js, with chances to learn React Native and Loopback. MySQL and Bitbucket are other tools being used Future product features will include AI and Machine Learning elements, with the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in these areas too Joining here your life will become climate-positive from day one, with trees planted in German forests in your name.
