Job Title: HR Administrator
Hourly Rate: £11.50 – £12 per hour
Location: St Albans
Contract: Part time, temporary – permanent
Hours: 3 days per week, 9am – 5.15pm
COMPANY PROFILE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our well-established client who are known for providing an award-winning service. They are looking for a proactive Administrator to join their HR team to provide administrative support to the organisation.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain experience in HR.
SKILLS REQUIRED
-Good communication skills both written and verbal.
-Ability to work on your own initiative.
-Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
-Strong administrative experience
-IT literate
-Willingness to gain HR knowledge.
-Proactive
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Maintaining records and managing documents
-Manage the administration aspects of the recruitment, shortlisting and interview processes
-Liaising with agencies and applicants
-Update internal databases
-Support the daily operations of HR team
-Administering the new starter process
