Role: Complex Care Manager
Location: Dorset
Salary : £40,000 - £50,000 pa + commissions

What's involved?
Our client in Dorset is looking for a hands on Complex Care Manager who is already worked in/working in this post to join on board full time and take this role to the next level. They are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who is passionate about their role and can bring ideas with them.
Working with senior management team you will:
- Be confident to work with the NHS direct, social workers, commissioners, CQC and all senior management team.
- Help coordinate and deliver the safe, dependable, Quality care and support to meet the individual needs and wishes of our customers.
- Create comprehensive care and rescue plans.
- Be responsible for Direct Line Management of the Complex Care team.
- Participate in the on-call for nights/weekends when required.
- Monitor operational activity, to ensure compliance with the standards required by current legislation, regulation, guidance, and good practice standards as well as maintain current and up to date care and quality policies and procedures.
- Happy to work a shift as required for emergency cover.
- Have the ability and confidence to create analytical graphs, reports, audits ect.
- Ensure CQC and business compliance & CQC notification analysis.
- Support the Management and trend analysis of complaints.
- Identify training shortfalls and skills gaps, facilitate, and outsource specific training.
What do you need?
- Must have previous/current care management experience.
- Must have worked/or currently working in Complex care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to complete a fully enhanced DBS check.
