Job Responsibilities
- Managing daily case workload in Salesforce within agreed SLAs
- Efficiently and accurately resolve technical issues leveraging back office systems
- Investigate fraudulent activity on Dealer accounts and provide a summary of the investigation for management to review
- Manage consumer support queues, replying to consumers queries and redirecting or escalating as required
- Engage in strategic collaboration with stakeholders to implement impactful projects and process enhancements aimed at optimizing efficiency and promoting best practices
- At times perform other additional ad-hoc tasks to support the overall success of the team as set by your line manager
About You
- This role is about the collaboration between your team and clients, it is imperative that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to overcome complex challenges
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Able to work through issues in a calm, proficient and effective manner
