Job Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, detailed commentary
- Summarising budget trends, analysing and reporting variances
- Support the FC in preparing and submitting statutory accounts and taxation info.
- Payroll Administration supporting HR in the preparation of payroll file to external processing company
- Manage stock reconciliations.
- Maintain the fixed asset register.
- Overseeing AR & AP including monthly payment process, banking requirements
- Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries
- Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed monthly
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- An educational background in finance or related field.
- 5 years+ Experience in financial management
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of proficiency in financial software systems.
