Property Litigation Paralegal - Thames Valley
Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join an award-winning law firm.
Our client is a leading law firm with offices spread throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Senior Paralegal to join their Property Litigation team. The hiring team is one of the largest and most reputable in the country specialising in the full range of landlord and tenant litigation and other property disputes.
This role sits within the residential litigation team as part of the sub-team specialising in residential possession work for landlords. The role will involve providing legal advice to, and act on behalf of, private landlord and insurance clients in respect of recovering possession of residential properties let on assured shorthold tenancies, assured tenancies, rent act tenancies and common law tenancies.
To be considered, you must have at least 2 years' previous experience in residential possession work (ideally for landlords).
