As part of our ICT team, you’ll be a leader in data transformation, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of ForHousing through strategic utilisation of data. You’ll develop a comprehensive plan to transform raw data into actionable business insights, working with colleagues to implement innovative technologies and methodologies, resulting in elevating our data capabilities and enhancing overall business intelligence.

What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and sustaining vibrant data organisation, processes and policies within the department and across ForHousing.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop the data platform to support data transformation, embedding a data-driven organisational culture.
- Enabling self-service analytics and ensuring data is accessible and understandable, to enable real time decision-making with improved outcomes.
- Moving the organisation away from a centralised approach to business intelligence and analytics, by building new data skills, capabilities and communities.
- Being accountable for planning direction, development and continuous improvement of business information and reporting.
- Day to day management of both capital and revenue budgets.
- Being a thought leader in defining our data strategy and data roadmap and selling this vision to a range of stakeholders.
- Ensuring data and information compliance with internal policy and legal requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualification or equivalent proven experience in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or Analytics.
- Extensive experience in a senior Data Analytics or Data Science position.
- Excellent leadership experience.
- Passion, great analytical skills, and excellent communications skills.
