The successful candidate will have experience in an office environment, having dealt with inbound telephone calls and handled general administration.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Answering inbound business phone calls
• Booking appointments for the Sales Team
• Updating and maintaining records in the databases
• Sending marketing material and sample packs
• Undertaking general office duties

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in an office environment
• Experience handling inbound calls
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn
