This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the MEH Alliance on the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear project. The alliance work across the project to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main MEH, cabling and associated support services. This innovative approach will help different contractors work as a single entity to deliver the complex installation of cabling and pipework in the power station's thousands of rooms.
The role
As a Area Quality Lead, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. There is a broad scope of work, from coatings to mechanical works. Currently there is a project to digitise quality on-site, moving everything over to asset suite 9.
Day to day, you'll support in developing standards, incorporating lessons learned / best practices in the quality system, training on quality, audits and quality improvements.
This role is full time, 37-hours per week, with every other Friday off and will be based at HPC in Bridgwater. We do offer accommodation and a secondment allowance for anyone based more than two hours from site
Essential experience of the Area Quality Lead
This role is 37 hours per week, onsite Monday-Friday on a nine-day fortnight.
Qualifications for the Area Quality Lead
The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role.
