Main Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

* Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering lessons.
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may need extra help.
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Helping with classroom management and organization.
* Collaborating with teachers and staff to meet the diverse needs of our students.

What’s needed to become a Teaching Assistant?

* Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a friendly demeanor.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Math’s and English ( or equivalent )
