Salary: £29,484-£31,108 pa inclusive of London Weighting
Over the last 50 years, Capel Manor College has helped thousands of school leavers and adults achieve their dream of working with animals, plants and the environment. As London’s environmental college, the College plays a vital role in the green agenda for the capital, equipping the next generation of land-based sector workers with the skills and knowledge needed to preserve and protect London’s wildlife, national parks and green spaces.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Marketing and Communications Coordinator who will be responsible for implementing the marketing and communications strategies for the college and its subsidiary business across Greater London.
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Capel Manor College plays a pivotal role in implementing marketing and PR strategies. Responsible for driving student recruitment, enhancing the College’s reputation, and creating engaging content, this role also involves managing outreach activities, attending events, and contributing to web development projects. The Coordinator ensures an exemplary customer experience, monitors campaign success, and maintains collaborative relationships with stakeholders, all while staying flexible for travel and supporting overall College efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail. They demonstrate strong administrative, organisational, and time management abilities. They excel in building positive relationships across all levels and function well both independently and as part of a team. The candidate has a solid understanding of current marketing and communications best practices. Their flexibility, responsiveness, and commitment make them a valuable addition to the marketing team.
