Job description

Priory Woking provides private acute mental health and addiction services (inpatients and day patients), and run extensive private outpatient clinics. We are looking for an organised, motivated and friendly individual to join our busy administrative team as a Quality and Compliance Administrator. This is an interesting and varied role providing administrative support on all aspects of Governance Compliance and complaints at site. Previous experience in a similar role within healthcare and experience of effectively managing diaries and working to deadlines is preferred. Main duties include: •           To support a patient safety culture and promote learning from incidents and complaints. •           Monitor patient experiences across the site, review themes and support the changes to practice and policy in response to this. •           To oversee compliance in all mandatory staff training. IT literacy is preferred with a good understanding of programmes such a Word, Excel, Outlook and the use of an Outlook Calendar. We want you to flourish in your new role so training will be provided. In addition, further training for the Healthcare Industry is given with some mandatory classroom training sessions also. At the Priory Hospital, Woking our aim is to work together to provide the highest quality of care to all our patients and each individual team member plays a vital role in achieving this.
