The Product Developer plays a role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, they will champion software quality and technical vision for AND and our clients, work on large-scale projects and help junior and mid developers grow in their roles.

What you ’ ll bring to the table:

Solid experience in a commercial environment, demonstrating expertise in both Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming methodologies.

In-depth comprehension of software development principles, encompassing a diverse array of tools, frameworks, and stack components within a commercial environment.

Proven commercial experience as a full stack developer, working with either .NET or React, Node.JS, JavaScript, Typescript etc. Experience with modern frameworks and libraries would be great.

Cloud platform exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Demonstrate a readiness to embrace new tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Enthusiastically approach challenges with a growth mindset, consistently expanding skill sets and remaining receptive to emerging industry trends.

A track record of upskilling or re-skilling. We want to use the right tool for the job when working with our clients and this means we’re always open to picking up new tools & technologies.
