Job description
A leading automation manufacturing company located in London is seeking an IT Support to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
Install IT workstations through software distribution, covering PC systems, laptops, operating systems, and company-specific software.
Offer basic-level support and management for network infrastructure.
Manage and provide support for IT equipment and phones used by all staff.
Oversee IT infrastructure and security across the organisation
Manage Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10 / 11, and Office365, with 3rd line escalation when necessary.
Provide support for issues related to various Microsoft components.
Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting and support for all IT issues.
Undertake IT supplier-related activities, including procurement.
Contribute to various IT projects, including the development of the company intranet and implementation of new systems.
Handle ordering and inventory control, including but not limited to IT and phone equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:
Possess a degree in IT or Business with an IT focus.
Demonstrate the ability to analyse and effectively communicate data and software concepts.
Have a successful track record in managing projects within previous roles.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
