Are you a passionate and creative Drama Specialist/Instructor seeking a short-term opportunity to inspire young minds? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to cover a temporary position for 4-6 weeks starting from the February half-term.
Position: Drama Specialist/Instructor
Contract Type: Short-term Sick Cover (4-6 weeks)
Start Date: February half-term
Location: Maldon/Colchester
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons that foster creativity and self-expression.
- Inspire students of all ages and abilities through dynamic drama activities and exercises.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate drama into cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their confidence and performance skills.

Requirements: - Previous experience teaching drama to students of varying ages and abilities.
- Strong improvisation, storytelling, and performance skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt lessons and activities to meet the needs of diverse learners.
