Recruitment Consultant for Apprenticeships
Salary £28,606
37 Hours per week X 52 Weeks per year
Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys the variety of the role, building relationships with people and providing a great service! As part of the Apprenticeship Recruitment Team, you will play an essential part in the assessment of prior learning and experience for our new apprentices.
It is a varied and interesting position, incorporating the sourcing and shortlisting of suitable candidates, managing both employers and candidate’s expectations, and matching their requirements.
As our Recruitment Consultant you will facilitate the recruitment of candidates and the placement of apprentices with employers, both filling new vacancies and upskilling staff.
You will successfully assess each new apprentice’s current competence, through recognition of prior learning and experience, which forms part of the initial assessment/ pre-screening process. The recruitment consultant ensures that the apprentice is on the right programme at that time and includes eligibility checks, KSB (Knowledge, Skill & Behaviour), English and Maths attainment, and any additional learning support and or other needs completed.
