We currently have a fantastic vacancy for the role of Multiply Trainer.
‘Multiply’ is a government-funded programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills. Numeracy is the ability to understand and use maths in daily life, home, and work. Whether that be improving household finances, helping children with homework, making more sense of the stats and facts in the media, or improving numeracy skills specific to your line of work.
As a Multiply Trainer you’ll facilitate high quality and engaging sessions to participants which develops their numeracy skills, including employability skills (i.e. interview techniques, job application tactics, confidence restoration sessions, identify transferrable skills). You’ll deliver high impact training solutions to meet a range of participant needs (including, skills assessments; ‘How to’ sessions; Making the most of, and other relevant activities).
Our ideal candidate will have excellent understanding of the barriers unemployed job seekers face in obtaining a new job. Have knowledge of the employability industry and delivering employability skills and personal development training programmes. Have experience of delivering and developing training programmes face to face and/or remotely using a number of digital technologies.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range £26,000 to £29,545 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with operational teams .
Working with the Integration Team, Employer Account Executives, and other appropriate stakeholders, participate in delivering specific employer related events.
Provide responsive solutions to meet Employer need, preparing participants for specific employment opportunities, (i.e. Short sector based courses/routeways)
Skills and Experience
Essential
Excellent understanding of the barriers unemployed job seekers face in obtaining a new job
Knowledge of the employability industry and delivering employability skills and personal development training programmes.
Experience of delivering and developing training programmes face to face and/or remotely using a number of digital technologies.
Experience of deploying motivational strategies to develop individuals.
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above
Desirable
Experience of delivering in a high-performance target driven culture
Award in Education and training level 3 (Formerly PTLLS) or certificate in Education and Training level 4 (formerly CTLLS).
Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
Experience of analysing and reporting on training needs and delivery using IT systems
Full driving licence to enable deployment across a specified geographical area (region), when required
