New Build Homes and Care Home Developer - Quantity Surveyor - Lichfield - Permanent - up to £50,000

Quantity Surveyor Requirements
Someone currently operating as a Quantity Surveyor with circa 4+ years' experience.
New homes or care home experience would be preferred for this role
Strong trade subcontractor experience
JCT and COINS experience preferred but not essential
Salary for the Quantity Surveyor is paying between up to £50,000 dependent upon experience, bonus, plus car allowance and further additional benefits to be discussed
