Job description
The role of Distribution Team Leader will involve:
- Leading the distribution team.
- Working Monday- Friday (day shift).
- Coordinating tasks for the smooth operation of the department.
- Handling customer queries and ensuring the timely delivery of products.
- Working on process improvement and implementation of operational policies.
- Monitoring the team's performance.
- Manage relationships with internal departments transport services providers.
- Train and guide new team members.
- Address problems with order fulfilment and deal with issues.
