The Joint Community Rehabilitation service is at the heart of care in the community. Our teams assist older adults after an illness or injury get back to independence in their own home. Working alongside other professionals, you may initially be providing some personal care, helping with therapy exercises, and giving emotional support to help clients regain the skills and confidence they need to manage these everyday tasks themselves.
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individuals to become Apprentice Support Workers.
Being a Support Worker is a rewarding and key role, helping older adults who have had an illness or injury to regain their independence at home.
During your apprenticeship, you will work alongside experienced staff delivering high quality care.

Note: a driving license and access to a car is required and the role involves working shifts between the hours of 7am and 10pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
