Job Title: Clinical Lead
Location: Near Farnborough
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead to join a fantastic nursing home, situated near Farnborough, and operated by a renowned luxury care provider. As a medium-sized nursing home, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional care and creating a comfortable, homely environment for their residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in accordance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate and implement care plans, assessing and monitoring residents' health.
Work collaboratively with the management team to maintain and enhance the home's excellent reputation.
Provide clinical guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
Participate in staff development and training programs.

Requirements:
NMC registration is mandatory.
Ideally, candidates will have a background in nursing home management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
