The Opportunity

We have a new vacancy for a Process Technician at our Concrete product site in Leighton Buzzard. This is a shift position working rotating shifts on a five days per week basis.

As our Process Technician you will be a member of a small cohesive team responsible for the manufacture of concrete block paving. Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of an automated production line that manufactures our range of concrete products.Other duties will include process quality checks, fork lift truck tasks (training will be provided as necessary), cleandown and basic maintenance tasks once you have received the appropriate training.

What will you bring?

• We are looking for a Process Technician who has the drive and enthusiasm to work as part of a small shift team.
• IT literacy
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a small team
• A background in basic mechanical engineering is desirable
• Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment
