Job description

This leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking an Employment Senior Associate / Legal Director to join the team in the city of London. 
The firm represents both employers and employees on the full-suite of employment law issues.
Defending employment tribunal claims, specialist data protection, workplace investigations and discrimination claims are among the team’s core work streams.
Your work will encompass both claimant and respondent Employment law matters.
Employee work can range from advice on grievance and disciplinary matters, performance management, unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing issues and claims, assistance with litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court including on team moves, and settlement agreements.
Employer work will include the same matters as well as general day-to-day advice, work on contracts and policies, strategic and management issues, reorganisations and business transfers.
You will work alongside a team of 20 in London.
