Due to continued growth and success, multi award winning Consumer Energy Solutions (CES) are recruiting 2 more onsite Recruitment Consultant’s, to join our highly driven, successful recruitment department within our Head Office branch based in Swansea Marina.

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant for CES, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, to cover all positions within the company, that will include all trades and commercial roles.

Salary £27k - £35k to include an exceptional bonus structure

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop job descriptions and advertise job openings on our ATS (applicant tracking system)
• Utilise our ATS to manage candidate information and track the progress of open positions.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Participate in job fairs to boost the company's reputation.
• Screen candidate cv's and job applications.
• Update candidates on the hiring processes.
• Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate.
• Carry out all administration tasks involved in the recruitment process.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

The ideal candidate will have the below skill set:

• Thrive in working in a fast-paced environment. THIS IS ESSENTIAL!
• Have at least 1 year's proven experience working as a Recruitment Consultant either in an agency or as an Internal Recruiter.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and our internal workforce.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Understand the importance of being a team player.
• Fantastic work ethic.
• Confidence.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Approachable and flexible attitude.
