Marketing/Sales Coordinator
Exeter/ East Devon
£15K - £30k depending on full-time or part-time hours

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing/Sales Assistant who has enthusiasm, creativity and drive to join a leading Commercial Development on the outskirt of Exeter/East Devon.

The client are looking for someone to support their growth plans and bringing fresh ideas to the table.  Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Manager you will also provide excellent customer service and build long lasting relationships with clients.

As the company's Marketing & Sales Assistant and reporting into the Sales & Marketing Manager you will produce effective marketing campaigns to communicate with new clients and target new business, other duties will include:

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the creation of marketing materials to include campaigns, putting together brochures and digital contents
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, on social media platforms and other methods 
• Organising events, property viewings open days/exhibitions
• Providing information for potential clients and collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and maintaining customer relationships
• Assisting & implementation of marketing strategies to promote the business
• Update and maintain databases and marketing tools
• Generate sales leads and qualifying them and closing deals
• Having creative ideas for marketing content & enhance brand awareness on social media
• Support the sales and Marketing Manager with administration, diary management, arranging meetings and any reports preparation

 What we are looking for:

• Experience within Marketing & sales ideally within property but not essential
• Can use a number of systems & marketing packages such as Adobe creative, CRM systems & social media packages
• Professional, proactive and good attention to detail, can meet multiple deadlines
• Can work within a fast paced environment and confident to undertake sales
• Can build relationships with clients
• Driving licence
