Job description
We are working with a growing insurer who is seeking a Underwriting Manager for their Commercial Combined division.
A large part of the role will be focused around portfolio management, using data tools to identify overall performance of this portfolio. This role will suit somebody who enjoys being a leader as we want somebody who can bring fresh ideas to the underwriting team and to inspire the team as you execute new business strategies and products.
Preference will be given to those with a commercial combined management background although we would consider somebody with a personal lines background if they can demonstrate the strong leadership capability.
Our clients staff retention rate is incredibly high so it is unusual for our a role to become free at this level, so even if the timing is not quite right you don’t want to miss out!
