Business Development Manager
As the Business Development Manager for Services in the EMEA market, with a primary focus on the UK, your mission is to drive revenue and operating profit growth by expanding and optimising the commercial services portfolio.
This leadership role requires strategic thinking, resilience, and a customer-centric approach to enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue and operating profit growth to meet targets and KPIs by expanding the customer base and increasing service usage among existing customers
- Handle customer issues and complaints, managing communications effectively and collaborating with Customer Service or Service Contracts teams to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Partner with machine sales team to promote bundled sales of machines with service offerings.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience using problem-solving tools and techniques.
- Develop internal and external processes and relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver total quality service.
- Liaise with Technical Services, Finance, Parts, and Machine Sales teams to ensure premium service delivery.
- Support team members and collaborate to ensure workload prioritization and timely project completion.
