Remuneration: circa £120,000 

Description: 

Full or Part-time Performer Dentist required for 3-4 days per week (Monday to Thursday available) in a PREDOMINANTLY PRIVATE, busy, well-established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Gillingham, Kent.
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE EARNING POTENTIAL
•    FPI list with earnings approx £10-£15k net per month
•    Denplan list of approx 300 patients (paid on a FPI basis)
•    £12 PER UDA
•    Negotiable UDA target
•    Small NHS contract available if required
•    50% split on private and labs
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary endo
•    Full support team including hygienist
•    Existing well maintained list
•    Ideally candidates will have 3+ years experience within Private/UK mixed practice
•    AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY, start date negotiable

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
