Job description
Sirius Academy North are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Pastoral Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated teams. We are seeking a committed individual to perform the role of Pastoral Support Assistant, providing efficient and proactive support within Sirius Academy North in matters of educational engagement and specific support needs. Excellent communication and investigative skills are necessary, together with a strong sense of fairness, understanding and commitment.
Salary: Grade 3/4 (dependent on experience) Grade 3, Point 3 - 5 £22,737 - £23,500. Grade 4, Point 5 - 7 £23,500 - £24,294, pro rata for 35 hours per week term time plus 5 additional days (195 days).
