What will you be doing as a Sports Administrator?

· You will be working closely with the Logistics Manager in implementation of the teams logistics for international/national sporting competitions and training
· Booking all travel arrangements to include flight bookings, visa applications, checking the team in online, food/accommodation and transport in the UK and abroad
· Responsible for the accommodation bookings, transport arrangements and food ordering for Development camps
· Produce and distribute detailed correspondences and travel information to include travel itineraries, event forms, letters/emails, and any ad hoc requirements
· Manage team entries to various online sites and processing entry fee payments
· Monitor expiry of passports, licences and memberships across the team and manage all renewals
· Raising PO, processing payments and recording all expenditure
· Reconciling credit/cash transactions from competitions/camps and reporting information to Financial Director
· Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
· Demonstrate commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in all work practices
What you need to be considered for the role of Sports Administrator?

· Previous experience within Business Administration
· At least 5 C or grade 4 GCSEs or equivalent
· Demonstrate numeracy skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
· Great organisational skills
· Able to prioritise work in a busy environment.
· Computer literate with experience working with MS office (Excel, Word, Sharepoint)
· An adaptive individual who can cope well in high pressure situations
· Excellent communication skills, demonstrating an ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people
· Demonstrates an ability to work in a team environment
