£11.52

 

37.5 Hours - Monday to Sunday between 8.00 am and 10.00 pm

We’re seeking a Support Worker to make a real difference to the lives of our customers. We’re looking for candidates that want to make real impact to the lives of others and are able to build relationships with people from all walks of life.

 

In the heart of the vibrant city of Hull, Donnington Court is a supported housing scheme which has 12 fully furnished one, two and three-bedroom flats. We provide accommodation and tailored advice and support for families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

 

We work closely with our customers to understand their specific needs to provide a personalised support plan to help our families gain the confidence and the skills to maintain a tenancy, customers are supported with daily living skills, managing their finances (budgeting and benefits), cooking cleaning and shopping, dealing with correspondence, building positive relationships and planning a successful move-on

 

We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.

The position of Support Worker is referred to internally at Sanctuary, as Project Worker.
