What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Showcase your Site Manager expertise within a regional main contractor, managing projects ranging from £5 million to £15 million.
• Project Completion: Demonstrate your successful track record in completing projects from conception to final handover, with a focus on education, commercial, leisure, or industrial sectors.
• Versatility: Bring your expertise in both new builds and refurbishments to the table.
• Leadership Excellence: Exhibit exceptional leadership and team management skills, coupled with effective communication to coordinate on-site personnel.
• Technical Proficiency: Display proficiency in project management software and the MS Office suite
