Job description

Clinic Based Audiologist / RHAD job, Tadley, mid week, guaranteed income up to c.40,000 with OTE 50,000-70,000+, three to five days considered.

Superb recently released multi-site clinic/branch position working with an aspiring high-quality team of health care professionals near Tadley. (NB, Role will require covering three/four clinics within 30-45 minutes commute of Tadley so important if applying to already live relatively close to Tadley)

You will provide the best hearing care solutions to assist the company in maintaining their success working across a mixture of both pre-existing clinics/branches and other sites that will much benefit from pro-active business development activity so a willingness and confidence to contribute towards all areas of service delivery is important

Tadley offers a great community spirit and surrounded by an abundance of local heritage sites. Moreover, you are also only a short commute away from top attraction such as Windsor Castle and fantastic walks in beautiful open countryside.

Key Duties

• Working hours 9am-5/5:30pm with one hour or thirty minute lunch break mid week only
• Three to five days considered but full time is however much preferred
• Offer truly excellent service levels with a focus on customer care that is tailored to each individual patient's needs
• Work positively with a future focussed growing team of like-minded health care professionals to further expand the hearing care business long term
• Be flexible to work in Tadley and near surrounding towns and villages covering 3/4 sites max in multi-site clinic based role with fixed and well thought out diary that will be thoroughly explained at interview and offer stage

• 28 days holiday including bank which increases with tenure
• Negotiable guaranteed income up to approximately 40,000 dependant on experience
• Excellent Remuneration package with realistic 60,000 OTE including bonus

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Right to work in the UK required
• Registered with the HCPC as a Hearing Aid Dispenser or soon to be eligible to register
• Must have a real passion for Audiology and customer care!
• Outgoing candidates with good communication and confidence to work independently following thorough induction
