Practice Manager, Bedfordshire, £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Practice Manager to join a growing firm. OVERVIEW:
• The role requires someone to take on overall responsibility for the firm’s business, administration, HR, marketing, IT and accounts functions.
• You will work closely with the Partners in developing and implementing the firm’s culture, vision and strategy.

THE ROLE:
• Day-to-day proactive management and maintenance of office facilities contracts, processes and procedures
• Business administration
• Marketing and business development
• HR and training
• Accounts
• IT - managing the relationship with the firm’s outsourced IT managed services and software suppliers.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Previous relevant experience within the legal environment is essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to find solutions to complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong IT Skills
• Work well under pressure and as part of a team.
