Are you a dynamic Science Teacher who is looking for their next opportunity for the next academic year?
Ribbons and Reeves are working with a high-achieving Secondary School located in Romford who are looking for a committed Head of Science to lead their collaborative Science department in September.
Head of Science | Job Summary: - Preparing and assessing teaching sessions whilst maintaining an awareness of curriculum developments
- Build relationships with all young people to encourage their interest and participation in their education
- Creating an environment which is stimulating and purposeful of all pupils to promote teaching and learning outside the formal classroom settings
- Permanent role starting in September 2024
- MPS/UPS Outer London and negotiable TLR
Head of Science | Key Skills Required: - Minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree in Science from a Top UK University
- QTS gained through PGCE/Teach First/SCITT
- Have a proven background of teaching Science up to KS4, delivering teaching at a good or outstanding level
- Knowledge of current education issues in relation to terms of practice, process, and curriculum
Working as their newest Head of Science, you will deliver fun educational based learning which is tailored to each pupils needs to ensure they will achieve positive results.
