Rosedene Nurseries inMiddlesbrough are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Apprentice to join their established team.
Rosedene have a dedicated and highly qualified team who are passionate about their children and giving them the best possible start in their early years.
If you’re wanting to gain a Level 3 Childcare qualification, as well as the skills and confidence to grow your career within Early Years, you could be what we’re looking for. The apprenticeship is 24 months (2 Years)

What you’ll be doing
Successfully completing Early Years Childcare Qualifications with full support and guidance for Rosedene staff
Supervising children within the nursery environment, including mealtimes, rest periods and nappy changing/toileting
Creating fun and engaging activities to suit the needs of the children
Promote good hygiene practices
Building solid, caring relationships with parents/carers, families, professionals, and your team
Keeping accurate records and communicating with parents/carers
Supporting your team members and being a positive role model, who looks to develop and suggest positive changes
Attend staff meetings or any training courses that will help enhance your personal and professional development
Monitor and record all accidents
Adhering to and implement all nursery procedures and policies
Carrying out general housekeeping duties
About you
You must want to pursue a career in childcare
Must be a trustworthy, reliable, motivated and committed individual
Have excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
Have a positive attitude with an unwavering commitment to excellence to maintain our high standards
Be able to work as a team
Have a professional attitude and manner
Have good standard of written work is required
