Location : Croydon
Salary : £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract : Full-Time, Permanent
Role Overview :
Trigon Recruitment is seeking a proactive and highly organized individual for the role of Senior Project Coordinator. This position involves providing comprehensive support for various adult education contracts, including the GLA contract, within the Croydon area. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project logistics, managing enrolments, overseeing exam arrangements, and ensuring compliance with funding regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate project logistics, including room bookings, course enrolments, and exam arrangements.
- Maintain regular communication with project leads, learners, tutors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct enrolment sessions, deliver presentations, and provide guidance to learners during the enrolment process.
- Offer initial advice and guidance to learners, providing ongoing support throughout their learning journey.
- Manage learner registrations, claim processes, and exam coordination, ensuring compliance with funding rules and regulations.
- Input and maintain accurate data for key contracts, meeting upload deadlines and ensuring compliance with internal quality processes.
- Collaborate with the project team to handle administrative duties, including certificate distribution, record-keeping, and responding to enquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate databases for auditing purposes.
- Liaise with tutors and teachers to ensure a seamless learner experience, facilitating effective communication and support.
- Claim certificates and distribute them to learners, gather and analyze learner feedback, and follow up on learner progression data.
Essential/Desirable Criteria :
- Extensive knowledge of funding rules and qualifications within the adult education sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possession of an Information, Advice & Guidance qualification is desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an adult education provider or educational institution.
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Experience in leadership or line management roles is desirable.
