Are you an IT Helpdesk Analyst looking for a new challenge?

In this exciting IT support opportunity working for a leading financial firm, you will be responsible for providing 1 st /2 nd line IT support. From managing help desk tickets to improving service quality, you'll be at the forefront of the IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve help desk tickets efficiently
• Enhance service quality and support wider IT initiatives
• Provide technical assistance for software, hardware, and system issues
• Support new technology rollouts and user training

Skills and Competencies:

• A minimum of 2 years’ IT Helpdesk experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical understanding (Microsoft Office365, Active Directory, etc.)
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
