To help us navigate growth alongside our goals we’re on the hunt for a Van Driver to join us in our Brighton hub.
About the role:
As a Van Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of packages to our valued customers, while representing our partners brand through excellent customer service.
Reporting to the Hub Manager, the van driver will be required to travel to deliver supplies to our Zedify hubs and customers in our electric van.
This role is essential in providing exceptional quality of service to our customers and hubs across the organisation. Our drivers will represent Zedify and should always deal with queries in a professional manner working to our Operational standards.
What will you be doing?
Navigate safely to destinations across Brighton.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide an excellent customer service
On non driving days assist in the depot where required.
What skillset do you ideally need?
Be over the age of 25 and have at least 2 years driving experience
Physically fit and strong (you will lift up to 15kg regularly)
Clean driving record (this will be checked every six months)
Be excellent communicator and deal with everyone in a professional manner
Previous experience driving electric vehicle is advantageous
Able to work with little or no supervision
Ability to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
Be able to work weekends
