Grafton Banks Finance are supporting an exciting, growing business on the outskirts of Brighton with a part-time Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. This role will be supporting the finance function, full-time in office for 20 hours per week, 5 days per week.
Duties may include:
Chasing outstanding invoices
Processing sales invoices and payments
Posting supplier invoices
Statement reconciliations
Ad hoc finance administration
For this role, you need:
To be available to commute to the offices 5 days per week, for the required 20 hours (no hybrid working)
Previous experience within a finance position
Strong Excel and accountancy systems experience
