Renault Watford seeks an experienced Automotive Senior Service Advisor to join our aftersales team here at Renault Retail Group. The role will be based at our Dealership on the Watford Business Park, Croxley (WD18). Previous dealership Senior Service Advisor experience is essential for this role.

The Senior Service Advisor role involves guiding customers through the process of servicing their vehicle, starting with initial booking of their vehicle into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, timescale, arranging courtesy cars, liaising with Technicians, keeping customers informed of their vehicle’s progress throughout the day and gaining authority for extra work and invoicing, documenting warranty work in line with manufacturer process.

Senior elements to this role will include aspects of workshop control, providing assistance and/or senior approvals for other advisors, and deputising for the Aftersales Manager as and when required.

We are looking for someone who is a confident automotive Senior Service Advisor and used to dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone as well being an outstanding representative of the Company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to promote our products and services confidently, be able to accurately book appointments and finalise costs for customers who visit our dealership to have their vehicle serviced.

A solid track record as a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager or as a highly experienced service booking advisor / service receptionist will be essential. You must also have experience in using Kerridge, ADP Autoline or CDK Drive.

Occasional movement of customer and courtesy cars will be involved in this role, so applicants must hold a full UK driving licence to be eligible for this role.

The hours for this role are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch, and 1-in-3 Saturday mornings on rota from 8:30am to 12:30pm. Further overtime is occasionally available on request.

In return we offer a basic of £34,522 per annum, comprising £33,000 pa for weekday work plus 1-in-3 Saturday mornings paid at time and a half @ £1,522 pa. We also have a monthly bonus scheme with OTE £39,600 pa plus additional commission on Service Plans.
