Remuneration: Circa £150,000

Description: Part-time PRIVATE dentist required for 2-3 (Thursday required) days per week in an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED private practice in Derby.
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE INCOME
•    50/50 split on lab bills
•    3 surgery prate equipped with Dentally software
•    3 Associates, Implantologist, 2 Hygienists and full support team
•    Manager, business development manager and Treatment coordinator
•    Trios Scanner
•    Carestreem intraoral cameras
•    Digital x-rays
•    New surgery with new chair and TV
•    Prior private practice experience preferred but not essential
•    Portfolio preferred
•    On site staff parking

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
