Management Accountant - Projects

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Randstad is now looking for a Project Accountant to join us on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, to support major transformation and automation projects across the group.

Responsibilities include:

• Reconcile Balance sheet accounts, standardise and improve the actual process;
• Support on Business Transformation project and on ad hoc analysis;
• Monitor and analyse financial information and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for action;
• Work with the accounting team to develop and implement new processes and better controls;
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, stakeholders, and external parties;
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred;
• Audit experience is preferred;
• Proficient with SQL and advanced skills in Excel;
• BI MI Experience;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders;
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
