Our client an expanding South West based law firm group are seeking to appoint a very knowledgeable lawyer, who can cover all aspects of property transactions. Our client is expanding their property law business and now seek to appoint a senior managing lawyer. Clients range from HNI’s, investors and corporations.

 
We are seeking to appoint for our client a property lawyer who has working experience in the following sectors:
 Contractual Disputes;
 Professional Negligence Claims;
 Trespass and Nuisance Claims;
 Building / Construction Disputes;
 Boundary Disputes;
 Consumer Credit Claims;
 Enforcement /Debt Recovery;
 Corporate & Individual Insolvency Matters;
 Property Disputes;
 Landlord & Tenant Matters;
 Individual and Corporate Insolvency, including;
 Drafting/Service of Statutory Demands;
 Bankruptcy & Winding up proceedings;
 Applications for substituted service / extensions of time;
 Applications to take carriage as Petitioning Creditor;
 Applications to Dismiss Proceedings / Annulment of Bankruptcy Orders;
 Trustee / Liquidator actions / applications to the Court & Land Registry;
 Trustee costs & liability negotiations / Third Party settlements;
 Enforcement / Debt Recovery, including;
 Settlement Agreements;
 Enforcement of Judgments;
 Debtor Searches /Asset Investigations;
 Interim Charging Order Hearings (County Court & High Court);
 Securing Charging Orders over Land & Share Securities
 Order for Sale Proceedings;
 Requesting Warrants for the Recovery of Goods / Bailiff execution;
 Property / Landlord and Tenant, including;
 Drafting / Service of various Notices inc. S.8, S.21, Notice to Quit, S.166;
 Possession proceedings – Accelerated & Standard Procedure;
 Requesting Warrants for Possession / Bailiff execution;
 Insolvent Tenant / Lease Disclaimers / Actions against the Surety / Guarantor;
 Commercial Lease Renewals;
 Other Proceedings, including;
 Nuisance & Damages Claims;
 Partnership Disputes;
 Actions against Directors
