Facilities Team Leader (Finance)

Salary: £45,000 & Bonus £2,500

Location: Stevenage

The opportunity: Facilities Team Leader (Finance)

My client is looking to appoint a Facilities Team Leader - Finance to join the join the Commercial, Property and Finance Team. As Team leader in the finance strand of the overall FM Team, you will be responsible as a first line manager for 2 further finance roles, along with being responsible for the Planning and Control of the FM UK revenue budgets / spends.

You will have familiarity with procurement, Opex finance, and commercial operations in a comparable setting.

Investigate finances (tracking, discrepancies) for Facilities Management, Security / Health & Safety, and offer management reports and guidance to support revenue, capital budgets, and business operations.

As Facilities Team Leader (Finance) You will be in charge of gathering and compiling revenue data in order to submit and publish the FM annual budget and the ISBP five-year budget to senior management.

* Build and sustain relationships with external FM suppliers and contacts to achieve objectives and take a leading role in agreeing service levels with external suppliers/contractors to ensure supplies and services are provided in line with business needs.
* Lead benchmarking activities and supplier audits and value for money audits in conjunction with Procurement.
* Main point of contact for Financial and Commercial with FM suppliers to ensure open dialogue is maintained.
